Terms and Definitions

• Customer — an individual who has accepted the terms of this offer
• Acceptance — payment for a service or registration for an event
• Services — online courses, trainings, webinars, retreats, consultations, digital products
• Platform — energohacking.com
• Personal Account — the Customer's personal section on the Platform

Subject of the Agreement

The Service Provider provides educational and consulting services in the field of personal and professional development. The list of programmes, their content and pricing are published on the Platform.

• Online courses and educational programmes (self-paced)
• Live webinars, streams and intensives
• In-person retreats and seminars
• Individual and group consultations
• Digital books and educational materials

How to Place an Order

Service purchase procedure:

• Choose a programme in the catalogue at energohacking.com/shop
• Click 'Buy' and register or sign in to your account
• Confirm the order and proceed to payment by bank card
• Enter your card details on the payment provider's secure page (3D Secure)
• After successful payment, access to materials is opened in your personal account within 24 hours
• You will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided

Pricing and Payment Terms

The price is stated on each programme page in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) inclusive of all applicable taxes. The Service Provider applies the simplified tax regime; VAT is not charged.

Payment methods:

• Bank card — via YooKassa (RUB) or Dodo Payments (other currencies), 3D Secure

Payment is deemed made upon transaction confirmation by the payment service. The Service Provider may change prices; new prices do not apply to already paid services.

Service Delivery

Access to online materials is provided through the Personal Account. The access period is stated in the programme description; if not stated, access is indefinite while the Platform is operational.

In-person events are held at the address and on the dates specified in the description. Logistics (travel, accommodation) are not included in the price unless otherwise stated.

Individual consultations are scheduled by agreement via Telegram @info_satyadharma within 3 business days after payment.

Order Cancellation

• The Customer may cancel an order before access to materials is opened
• After access to online materials is opened, cancellation is not possible — refund conditions apply (Section 07)
• For in-person events — no later than 72 hours before the start

Refunds

Refunds are made in accordance with the Law of Kazakhstan 'On Consumer Protection':

• Before the course / event starts: full refund if requested no later than 72 hours before
• After the course has started: refund proportional to the unused portion, less actual costs
• Digital products (books, recordings): no refund after access to materials has been granted
• Consultations: full refund if cancelled no later than 24 hours before

To request a refund, email info@energohacking.com with your order number and reason. Processing time is 10 business days. Funds are returned by the same method as the original payment.

Intellectual Property

All Platform materials are protected by Kazakhstan copyright legislation. The Customer is granted a personal non-exclusive licence to use materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works without the Service Provider's written consent is prohibited and results in immediate termination of access.

Liability and Disputes

The Service Provider is not liable for:

• Technical failures on the Customer's side (internet, device)
• The results of the Customer's application of knowledge and practices
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to force majeure

The aggregate liability of the Service Provider does not exceed the cost of the paid service. If a dispute cannot be resolved pre-trial, it is considered by the court of Almaty under Kazakhstan law.
