• Payment data is processed by certified payment services (YooKassa, Dodo Payments) and is not stored on our servers
• Data is retained 5 years from the end of contractual relations (Kazakhstan tax law requirement)

Payment Security

Payments on the platform are processed through certified payment services — YooKassa and Dodo Payments. We use 3D Secure technology for additional transaction protection.

• Card details are entered on the payment service's secure page, not on our website
• We do not store or have access to payment card details
• All transactions are verified using 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode)
• The connection to the payment gateway is protected by an SSL certificate

Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Transfer is only possible in the following cases:

• ЮKassa — for processing RUB transactions
• Dodo Payments — for processing transactions in other currencies
• ZeptoMail (Zoho) — for delivering emails and notifications
• Cloud platforms — for hosting and storing content
• State authorities of Kazakhstan — pursuant to lawful requests

In accordance with Law of Kazakhstan No. 94-V (Art. 8–12), you have the right to:

• Obtain information about what data we hold
• Rectify inaccurate or outdated data
• Erase data if the grounds for processing no longer exist
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications
• Lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Digital Development of Kazakhstan
